In the evening of May 30th, in order to celebrate the 115th anniversary of Southeast University, dancing performance of graduates “Confession” was held in Jiao Tingbiao Pavilion, Jiu Longhu Campus.
The performance started by the original micro film “Born for Dance”. Then performers performed different kinds of dances. Classical Dance “Caiwei” showed the beauty & elegance of Han Wu. Solo dance “Green Leaf” showed the vitality of a piece of green leaf. Dance of the Dai nationality, “The Daughter of Dai, The Rian of Dai” was full of lively playful aura. Classic Dance “Thousand-Hand Kwan-yin” brought the audience to climax. Dance mix “The Beauty of Nationalities” showed the charm of different nationalities in China. In the dance of Wei nationality “Send Me a Rose”, the performers were as beautiful as roses. The modern dance which was choreographed by the students themselves was free and creative. The Evolution Dancing Club brought different types of street dance, such as Hiphop, Jazz, Locking, Popping and Breaking. The most special performance was the original dance “Farewell”. This dance was combined the story of the Westward of the National Center University, presenting the separation and hardship in this movement. The mothers of several performers were invited to the evening party and sent blessings to all graduations.
The pavilion was full of screaming and applause. The dance performances and dancers had won the praise of the audience. The students of the college student art group rehearsed day and night, showing their love to their alma mater, and their excellent performance was a birthday gift to the school. Every frame was a picture of youth, showing the dancers’ sincere love to the Southeast University.
